UK delivery
We send orders from the UK. Choose your delivery option at checkout.

• Standard delivery: £3.99, usually 3 to 5 working days

• Next-day delivery: £5.99, order by 3PM Monday to Friday

• Free standard delivery on orders over £50

You’ll get an email with tracking details when your order is on its way. Orders are packed in plain, discreet packaging.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, get in touch at contact@soseductive.co.uk

Returns

Returns and exchanges
Changed your mind? You can return most items within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be accepted, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original condition, with all tags and labels attached

• Still sealed, if they have a hygiene seal

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of underwear, hosiery or swimwear that has been worn or has had its hygiene seal removed, unless it’s faulty.

How to return: email contact@soseductive.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you’re sending back. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the parcel.

Faulty or wrong item? Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
